Placing an order. When you add items to your bag and send your order, it reaches us as a request. Your order is confirmed once we check it and receive your payment — nothing is reserved or owed until then.

Payment. Payment is made directly to us by MTN MoMo after you order, and you send us the transaction ID on WhatsApp. We confirm your order after checking the payment. We never ask you to type a card or mobile money PIN into this website.

Prices and stock. Prices are shown in GH¢. Each product shows its own options and availability, and an item already sold out or reserved cannot be bought.

Item requests. “Request an Item” is a sourcing service, not an order. Sending a request does not place an order, take payment or promise that we can find the item. We review each request and get back to you.
